1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, installing or using HelpfulByte software or related materials, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and any additional terms presented with the product or transaction.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
2. Software Licence
When you purchase LogoVary, HelpfulByte grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.
The software is licensed, not sold. HelpfulByte retains ownership of the software, application code, interface, branding, documentation and other proprietary materials.
3. Permitted Use
You may use LogoVary to:
- work with logos and artwork that you own or are authorised to use;
- create, organise, refine and export logo variations and delivery packages;
- use the software in your own commercial or professional workflow; and
- deliver output files that you are legally entitled to create and distribute.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or commercially share the LogoVary software itself;
- copy or redistribute HelpfulByte application files or documentation except where reasonably required for your own permitted use or backup;
- remove, obscure or misrepresent HelpfulByte ownership notices or branding;
- use the software for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purposes; or
- claim ownership of the HelpfulByte software, source code, product identity or proprietary materials.
5. Your Artwork and Content
HelpfulByte does not claim ownership of logos, artwork, images, brand assets or other content that you lawfully bring into LogoVary or create as part of your own work.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions or licences for any content you import, modify, reproduce, convert, package or distribute.
6. Product Features and Compatibility
HelpfulByte aims to describe LogoVary accurately. Some export options or functions may depend on the artwork, colour information, file type, project settings or other technical conditions.
You are responsible for confirming that your computer, operating system and workflow are suitable for the software before relying on it for production work.
7. Updates and Changes
HelpfulByte may update, improve, correct or modify LogoVary from time to time. We may also revise documentation, support information, website content and these Terms of Use where reasonably necessary.
A one-time purchase does not create a subscription or an obligation for HelpfulByte to provide unlimited future versions, features or upgrades unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Support
Product support is available through support@helpfulbyte.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with genuine product, installation, billing and usage questions.
Support does not include custom design work, third-party software support, business consulting or services that are not part of the purchased product.
9. Purchases, Payments and Refunds
LogoVary is sold as a one-time purchase. Pricing, payment processing and order information may be provided by HelpfulByte and/or an authorised retailer such as JVZoo.
Refund requests are governed by the HelpfulByte Refund Policy and any non-excludable consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

10. Third-Party Services and Retailers
HelpfulByte may use third-party services for payment processing, retail distribution, website hosting or other supporting functions. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices governing their services.
Where LogoVary is sold through JVZoo or another authorised retailer, that retailer may process the transaction, payment, receipt, affiliate tracking or refund workflow.
11. Intellectual Property
LogoVary, HelpfulByte, associated branding, application design, code, documentation, website content and promotional materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited licence granted under these terms, no ownership rights in HelpfulByte intellectual property are transferred to you.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, HelpfulByte software and related materials are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated by HelpfulByte or required by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the software will meet every individual workflow requirement, operate without interruption in every environment, or produce a particular business, commercial or financial result.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HelpfulByte is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the software, including loss resulting from user error, incompatible third-party files, external software, hardware failure or circumstances outside HelpfulByte's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Termination
Your right to use the software may end if you materially breach these Terms of Use, including by unlawfully redistributing or reselling the software.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.
15. Changes to These Terms
HelpfulByte may update these Terms of Use when necessary to reflect product, legal, operational or business changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
